Laura Fontanili
Managing Director, La Scala Realty
Laura, who was born in New York, brings a wealth of real estate experience to the team and can speak French, English and Spanish fluently. She began her property journey with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of California and has since worked in real estate in the US and in the construction industry in Mexico. Laura is revelling the chance to sell property to her diverse range of clients in her home country of France.
Roxane Bailles
Executive Assistant, La Scala Realty
Toulouse-born Roxane was lucky enough to have been raised in Nice all her life. She did her studies in Modern Language and Literature and has worked in many industries since including hospitality and teaching. In the summer of 2018, Roxane began working with Laura at Nice Pebbles Sales as Laura needed an assistant and Roxane wanted to explore a new industry. Now, Roxane is a fully-fledged Sales agent working alongside Laura at the newly founded La Scala Realty agency.
Roger Raimondi
Managing Partner, Hestia Finance
Following his graduation from Institut Commercial de Nancy, Roger worked for Banque Privée Européenne as regional director. After 20 years there, he created Hestia Finances Investissements in 2001 in order to develop a service offering bespoke financial know-how with local expertise. Fluent in three languages (English, French & Italian), he specializes in finance for non-residents, business operations and urban developments.

Lenka is our IT genius! Since graduating from London University with a degree in computer science, she has gained 15 years’ experience on the Riviera dealing in IT and web development. And if that doesn’t impress you enough, Lenka is also fluent in four languages (Czech, English, French and Italian).

Tim McGuffog
Photographer, La Scala Realty
Tim is a professionally qualified photographer having passed the PQE of the British Institute of Professional Photography and having studied for 3 years at one of the UK’s (at that time) top photographic courses at Blackpool and The Fylde College. He has worked in photographic retail, as a cruise ship photographer, as ‘copyman’ in a Professional Photographic Laboratory and in the UK as member of a team of 3 photographers servicing The University of Lancaster. Since 2009 Tim has been working for himself on the Cote d’Azur and elsewhere, successfully covering a variety of work that came his way, from Charity events to the Cannes festival and now specialising in ‘real estate’ photography.
